All commissioned work requires 50% of the artwork fee upfront. This is a non refundable fee that applies to your total balance. If the client decides not to use the work commissioned, the forfeit their deposit and any artwork already created. This included any preliminary sketches and brainstorming all the way to final artwork. I accept and prefer Paypal payments to my email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have access to PayPal, you can send a money order through the mail. If you are paying by money order, an address will be provided.
After the 50% is received and when complete, a proof will be provided. After revisions and the art is approved, a final invoice will be sent out, please pay this within one week. Once the Balance is paid in full, high resolution print files will be provided. Please note that I will not send
out print files until the balance has been paid. If you are on a tight schedule it's may be best to pay for the artwork in full upfront, that way print files can be sent the minute the design is approved.
Reproduction rights are transferred to the client as the balance has been paid in full. My pricing reflects my time and talents, not pricing for print. That is the responsibility of the client and I will gladly help the client find a printer or reproduction studio. All artwork copyright belongs to me, Gabrielle Howell and I will use the artwork for my portfolio, advertising, prints, etc.
